The Balcony

The large south-facing balcony has spectacular views across a fertile valley to the sea and the famous Peñon d'Ifach rock. You can relax on loungers in seclusion, choose cushioned chairs round the coffee table or enjoy a meal at the 'al fresco' dining table which comfortably seats six adults.

There are sunny and shady spots throughout the day and the balcony is high enough to get the benefit of any cooling breeze, which can be very welcome in the summer months.

For parents, the balcony makes an excellent vantage point for the checking of children playing on the terrace or in the pool. There is also a lockable gate which prevents very young children from strayng down the steps to the terrace.

The Terrace

Outside in the large level garden there is an extensive terrace with Spanish style barbecue, tables, chairs, parasols and hammock. The terrace is directly accessible from the ground floor living room and the south-facing bedroom. The kitchenette is conveniently located by the terrace doors aiding food preparation for barbecues and 'al fresco' dining.

The 8m x 4m private pool is set within a walled area and has lockable gates, which can be extremely useful when young children are around. It is regularly maintained to a high standard all year round. There is a further secluded sun terrace around the pool.

External lighting is available for both the terrace and pool areas.
