A variety of villa styles has been built in the area over the years, most are on individual plots and have their own pools.The local community is truly international and after the Spanish, probably Germany, England, France, Netherlands and Belgium are the nations most represented.

There are a small number of neighbours along the road leading to the villa. However, the villa, garden and pool are secluded as all other aspects overlook pine trees, a natural hillside or have a view to the sea.

The rocky, pineclad hillside is directly accessible from the garden and is the start of impressive walks to areas and a beach inaccessible by car.
