Accommodation

The spacious accommodation briefly comprises as follows. On the first floor, in addition to the balcony, there is a large lounge with ceiling fan, hi-fi, flat screen TV, satellite receiver, DVD and video. Also on the first floor is the dining room, fully-equipped main kitchen, master bedroom with double bed and air-conditioning, en suite bathroom and a separate cloakroom with toilet and shower. On the ground floor there are two further double rooms with fans, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. There is also a bathroom, family room, kitchenette with sink, fridge and electric hot plates. Equipped and furnished to a high standard, the villa includes items such as, a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a central water-softener which provides soft water to the kitchen, laundry area and all bathrooms and showers. The villa is cleaned and fully serviced before each visit and all bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels are provided. Our local agents who are located just outside Moraira are always happy to help and advise when required.

Every comfort The villa is furnished with many items of antique furniture and original paintings. A central water softener ensures soft water for luxury washing and showers.
